Body EthosThroughout lockdown the Pilates and Yoga studio offered daily live stream classes. Owner Kylie says, “Whether it’s in studio or online, both options give members the chance to see their regular teachers and other members of the BodyEthos community and bring a sense of familiarity, connection and routine to their day.”
